Sell Files Online is a Stripe App. We rely on Stripe for anything we can, so we don’t have to ask you for additional information. We ask only for information absolutely critical for us to do our job (sending the customer the files they just bought).

• We don’t ask for and don’t store any information about you or your customers.
• The product configuration is stored in the Stripe product metadata fields, not on our servers.
• We ask you to configure your email address so that customers can see it in the email they receive from us. We reserve the right to sometimes contact you with suggestions on how to use our service better.
• We will never sell any information about you or your customers to anybody.
• Currently, the vendors that can have limited access to information acquired by us are:
  • Stripe
  • Mailersend – our email infrastructure provider. We send them the information directly necessary to send the emails.
• When you uninstall the SellFilesOnline app from Stripe, we lose access to all the information you have provided us.
